Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with The Career Architect. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our paid plans and one-time purchases.

1. Subscriptions (Pro and Coaching)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

2. 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a new subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment, provided the AI tools have not been used extensively (more than a few generations).

3. One-time services

One-time purchases (such as a resume revamp, strategy session, or mock interview) are refundable before the work has been delivered or the session has taken place. Once a session is completed or a deliverable has been sent, the purchase is non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email angel@thecareerarchitect.org from the address on your account, including your name and what you purchased. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
